Gazprom Sets Up Construction Department

Gazprom set up the Construction Department to be headed by Sergey Prozorov. The Investment and Construction Department will be restructured.

The Construction Department will be focused on arranging and managing the construction of the Company's process facilities: from preliminary stage to commissioning.

A set of issues related to preparing the investment program was transferred to the Corporate Costs Department and the Department for Finance and Economics.

These structural changes are a logical follow-up of Gazprom's efforts aimed at improving the management of all types of costs, including investment program costs.
