PA Resources AB formally closed the transaction relating to the previously announced acquisition of 100 % in the company ADECO Congo BVI Ltd. ADECO Congo BVI Ltd is the 100 percent owner of ADECO Congo SA, a company registered in Congo (Brazzaville). ADECO Congo SA owns 85 % interest in the Production Sharing Agreement in block Marine XIV situated offshore in Congo (Brazzaville).
The consolidation of financial accounts will take place as per December 31, 2006.
