Petrobras informs that Mr. Marcio Zimmermann resigned from his position as Petrobras board member.
The Board of Director also approved, for majority vote, the election of lawyer Luiz Navarro to replace Mr. Zimmermann in the Board.
Mr. Navarro is a senior counsel in the law firm Veirano Advogados and his expertise are: (i) anticorruption, corporate integrity & compliance and (ii) administrative and regulatory law. Navarro worked for 10 years in the Office of the Comptroller General (CGU) where has held the positions of Deputy Minister of State, Secretary for Corruption Prevention and Inspector General.
This election, as stated in law 6.404 and in the Company's bylaws, is valid until the next Shareholders Meeting.
