5th Exhibition of Oil Services Providers Opens in Algiers

The Fifth International Exhibition of oil and gas services and products providers opened in Algiers with the participation of some 500 exhibitors, including 240 foreigners from twenty countries.

Held for the first time in the capital city, this professional event which continues until Friday was marked by an increase in the number of participants compared to the previous edition held in Hassi Messaoud. 400 local and foreign exhibitors partake in this event.

The first day of the show that takes place on an area extending over ??15,000 square meters of the esplanade of the Hilton is dedicated to the exhibition of equipment, applications and solutions offered by the participants and for professionals in the oil and gas industry, as well as electricity and renewable energy.

Also on Wednesday, the day's program includes the organization of four conferences led by the energy sector specialists.

These conferences will focus on the new world energy order, assessment of the Algerian conventional and unconventional resources potential, geostrategic factors and their influence on the international oil market.
