Jereh Group (SZ002353) announces that its Cryogenic Drilling Rig ZJ30 operates steadily even under -50C ultra-low temperature in Russia. Its remarkable performance again demonstrates Jereh's strong manufacturing capacity and product reliability.

Jereh always focuses on customized requirements for different application standards worldwide. For this drilling rig, it meets GOST standards, and also is specifically designed for application in cold environments. Cryogenic cast steel and welding process have been adopted. One more heater has been added to facilitate the startup of engine and performance of the hydraulic system. Additionally, the control system is improved for higher operational efficiency.

"Many non-Russian cryogenic rig manufacturers don't really know what the working conditions are. So, it is quite possible to have equipment breakdown when operating in winter," said the Russian chief engineer on site. "The ambient temperature of Jereh's ZJ30 is designed to work best between -45C ~45C and to continue its steady and continuous performance even under -50C which gives operators even more confidence."

At Jereh, safe, user-friendly and high efficient concept for customers is on the priority list, so they work hard to ensure that all products can work smoothly in different markets whether they are located in the Arctic or in a tropical forest.

By now, Jereh oil and gas equipment including cementing, coiled tubing, nitrogen pumping and compressors has been applied in more than 60 countries and regions including Russia, Kazakhstan, Canada, the Middle East, Indonesia etc, for maximizing uptime, productivity and recovery. For the oil and gas engineering business, Jereh is committed to becoming a world leading engineering and construction company that delivers world-class engineering consulting, designing and EPCservices with the help of a global procurement network, rich experience in modular fabrication and construction and strong capabilities in natural gas purification and liquefaction technologies.
