Aker Kvaerner has signed three new contracts for design and supply of oil and gas treatment packages. The total value of the three contracts is approximately NOK 160 million. One of award is with Hyundai Heavy Industries for design and supply of all inconel gas/glycol dehydration unit to to Adma Opco's Umm Shaif offshore field in the Emirates.
The second contract is with Maurel & Prom where Aker Kvaerner will deliver crude desalting facilities to Maurel & Prom's new crude production site in Gabon mid 2008.
The third contract has been awarded by BG Group. Aker Kvaerner will deliver two new glycol regeneration systems for their Miskar platform in Tunisia.
These contracts are undertaken by the Aker Kvaerner subsidiary, Aker Kvaerner Process Systems in France.The units involved will be fabricated is Korea, Morocco and France. These contracts were booked as order intake in second quarter 2007.
