OGPar and OGX announce to their shareholders and to the market that, after deliberation occurred at the Board of Directors Meeting, Mr. Silvio Vicente no longer occupies the position of Exploration and Production Director of the Companies and member of the Disclosure Comm ittee.
The Companies will keep their shareholders and the market informed of any applicable replacement.
