OGPar & OGX Production Numbers for September 2015

OGpar and OGX together, inform the market, in compliance with CVM’s Rule 358/2002, Article 3, that its production for September 2015 reached a total of 276,711 barrels of oil, of which 274,945 barrels reflect the Tubarao Martelo Field production and 1,767 barrels belong to the Tubarao Azul Field production.

As previously announced in the material fact dated on August 28th, 2015, the production of Tubarao Azul Field was suspended on August 31st, 2015 at 23 hours and 59 minutes. The production registered on 09/01/2015 is relative to the period from 17 hours to 23 hours and 59 minutes of August 31st, 2015.
