Tullow Oil plc (Tullow) announces that Graham Martin, Executive Director and Company Secretary, will retire from Tullow following the Group's next Annual General Meeting, which is expected to be held on 28 April 2016. Mr. Martin has also resigned from the position of Company Secretary with effect from 1 January 2016. The Board has appointed Kevin Massie, currently Corporate Counsel and Deputy Company Secretary at Tullow, to the role of Company Secretary.
