LyondellBasell Sells Petroken to Grupo Inversor Petroquimica S.L.

LyondellBasell (LYB), one of the world's largest plastics, chemical and refining companies, announced the completion of the sale of its wholly-owned subsidiary Petroken Petroquimica Ensenada S.A. (Petroken) to Grupo Inversor Petroquimica S.L. (GIP) for $184 million. Petroken operates a 180 kiloton plant in Ensenada and is a leading polypropylene producer in Argentina.
