Oro Negro Signs Contract Extension with Pemex

Perforadora Oro Negro, S. de R.L. de C.V. Oro Negro”) and Pemex Exploracion y Produccion have signed an amendment to the outstanding charter lease for Oro Negro’s Decus rig. The amendment is effective as of October 26, 2015 and provides a one year extension of the term of the Decus contract.
