NISOC Resumes Sending Feedstock to BIPC

According to NISOC Production Manager, by laying a side-way pipeline, transferring liquefied gas to Bandar Imam Petrochemical Complex has resumed again after an incident which halted operation in the pipeline.

Due to a pressure-loss occurred in Ahvaz-Bandar Imam 16" pipeline , necessary technical measures were taken to resume sending required feedstock once again , and by laying a side-way pipeline this issue was resolved.

On September 12, Leakage occurred in Ahvaz – Bandar Imam NGL transmission pipeline , but came under control during first hours of this incident.

As the biggest nationwide oil producer, NISOC crude oil output accounts for 83% of total domestic production.
