A working meeting between Alexey Miller, Chairman of the Gazprom Management Committee, and Dusan Bajatovic, Director General of Srbijagas, took place today in St. Petersburg.
The parties addressed current and future bilateral cooperation, focusing in particular on the deliveries and underground storage of Russian gas in Serbia.
The parties commended the completion of gas injection into the Banatski Dvor UGS facility (with a working gas capacity of 450 million cubic meters) ahead of the autumn/winter period, which might additionally guarantee that the upcoming heating season would run smoothly in the Balkan region.
