Following significant progress in the framework for oil and gas exploration in Somalia, HE Mohamed Mukhtar Ibrahim, Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources will provide details on the plans for a License Round in 2017.
The Minister will also host a Roadshow Presentation, with attendees from the Federal Government of Somalia.
The Roadshow will cover an Update on Oil & Gas Activity: to include Legal & Regulatory Framework, Petroleum Laws and Local Capacity, Introduction of the License Round in 2017, Presentation of new 2D seismic data and Prospectivity Overview.
