BG Group increases its investment in Egypt to $6 billion

Stuart Fysh BG’s Executive Vice President & Managing Director Mediterranean Basin and Africa announced that BG Group will increase its investment in Egypt to $6 billion.

The natural gas liquefaction projects in Egypt are cost effective because of the proximity of the natural gas production locations to the export outlets on the Mediterranean coast.
