Gazprom Capital LLC Places First Exchange-Traded Bonds

Gazprom capital LLC, a subsidiary of Gazprom, successfully placed two debut issues of exchange-traded bonds of the BO-5 and BO-6 series at the Moscow Exchange today. The bonds are worth a total of RUB 30 billion and have a maturity of 10 years with an early settlement option after 7 years.

The coupon rate for the BO-5 and BO-6 series is set at 8.9 per cent per annum. This is the minimum rate for Russian corporate borrowers placing their exchange-traded bonds for the said period since 2015.br>
The proceeds of the bonds will be appropriated for Gazprom's general corporate purposes.
