The land development process is slated to start in the second half of 2017, with the construction area to be accessed by building and loading machinery through a bypass road. The infrastructure is to be erected by the end of 2019, while housing will be completed by 2022.
The residential project will reinvigorate social and infrastructure development, facilitating economic growth in Svobodny and the Svobodnensky District.
