Egypt & Vietnam Ink Petroleum MoU

President Abdel Fattah El Sisi and his Vietnamese counterpart Tran Dai Quang witnessed the signing of several deals and memorandums of understanding aimed at promoting cooperation between the two countries in various fields.

The signed deals included a memorandum of understanding between Egyptian Diplomatic Institution affiliated to Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Vietnamese Foreign Ministry.I t was signed by Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry and Vietnamese deputy minister of foreign affairs.

Minister of Investment and International Cooperation Sahar Nasr and Vietnamese Deputy Minister of Finance Huynh Quang Hai signed a memorandum of understanding on finance, stock exchange and investment support.

Another memorandum of understanding was signed by Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources Tariq Al Molla and Vietnamese Minister of Trade and Industry Tran Tuan Anh.

On the agricultural level, Minister of Agriculture and Land Reclamation Ezz el-Din Abu Steit also signed a memorandum of understanding with his Vietnamese counterpart.

In addition, two memorandums of understanding were signed by Minister of Trade and Industry Amr Nassar and his Vietnamese counterpart Tran Tuan Anh.

Supply Minister Ali El Moselhy and Vietnamese minister of trade and industry also signed a memorandum of understanding on rice trade.

Moreover, a twinship memorandum between Luxor and Ninh Binh province was signed by Governor of Luxor Mohamed Badr and Dinh Van Dien, Chairman of Ninh Binh Provincial People's Committee.
