The 3rd sweetening train will be operational in a few days, managing director announced. As scheduled, the last sweetening train of the phase 13 will be also operated by October 20, Mohammad Meshkinfam was quoted by public relations as saying.
Completing half of production chain including drilling wells, construction and commissioning two platforms (main and satellite), and transferring pipeline to onshore sector, production capacity for each phase will reach one billion cubic feet.
Referring to refineries preparedness in receiving sour gas, Meshkinfam added up that the operations to construct sour gas pipeline to onshore sector of phases 13 and 22-24 are in their final stages.
As bracing operations and remaining details in drilling section completed, sailout and subsequently installation operations will be carried out soon.
Now, the second deck of the phases 22-24 with 97 percent is being completed. It will be transferred to its location at the same time as drilling operation is finalized.
Currently, the platform 14C was installed. It will be operational soon and the sour gas produced from this platform is transferred to phase12. By this way the first production chain will be implemented in phase14.
According to managing director, 6 new platforms will be put into operation by the end of Iranian calendar year (March 20, 2019). So, daily production capacity from the field will increase by 3 billion cubic feet of sour gas.
