Petrofac Completes Sale of 49% of its Mexico Operations

Petrofac Limited has completed the sale of 49% of the Company's operations in Mexico to Perenco (Oil & Gas) International Limited, following approval from the Federal Competition Commission of Mexico (COFECE).
