Cabot Energy Announces Proposed Cancellation of AIM Admission

Cabot Energy has announced the proposed cancellation of admission of its ordinary shares of 1p each to trading on AIM, re-registration as a private limited company and adoption of updated articles of association, conditional on approval by shareholders.

Following a careful review of the benefits and drawbacks of being an AIM quoted company, the board of directors of Cabot has concluded that the cancellation of its admission to trading on AIM is in the best interests of both shareholders and the Company. The Company therefore announces that it intends to seek shareholder approval for the cancellation of the admission of its Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM.
