Termination of American Depositary Shares (ADS) Agreement

Dommo Energia S.A., informs to its shareholders and the general public, pursuant to CVM instruction nº 358, January 3, 2002, as amended, that in accordance with the resolution taken at the EGM held on April 30, 2020, regarding the termination of the ADS Agreement (“Deposit Agreement”), represented by American Depositary Receipts (“ADR”), ticker DMMOY, instructed the depositary, The Bank of New York Mellon (“BNY”), to comply with the closing terms, as provided for in the Deposit Agreement.

On May 20, 2020, we received a copy of the ADR program termination notice (Appendix I), which BNY released to ADR holders. On May 21, 2020, the book was closed for issuance.
