Petrobras on Divestment of Urucu Cluster

Petrobras informs, following up the release disclosed on 12/04/2020 regarding the divestment process of the Urucu Cluster, that its Executive Board approved today a new round of binding offers. Participants in the competitive process will receive a letter of invitation with detailed instructions for the sending of binding proposals.

This is a natural development in divestment projects, and there is no forecast of disclosure to the market, according to the company's Divestment Guidelines.

Petrobras reinforces its commitment to broad transparency of its divestment projects and portfolio management and informs that subsequent steps will be disclosed to the market according to its Divestment Guidelines.
