Turn-key delivery, installation and commissioning completed of continuous emissions monitoring system at Gazpromneft Refinery in Omsk (Russia). Within the framework of this project Modcon specialists were responsible for detailed engineering, system integration, software development, execution of installation works, commissioning, permitting documentation and handover to the Customer.
