Southwest Oil and Gas Branch deployed a shale gas risk exploration well—Linye 3HF well in the Lintanchang structure in the Chishui exploration area of ??the Sichuan Basin. After testing, it obtained 171,900 cubic meters of natural gas per day and obtained the Sichuan Basin Basin. New breakthroughs in shale gas exploration in the complicated structural belts of the marginal margins.
The Longmaxi Formation shale gas in the Chishui exploration area is a key area for the “14th Five-Year Plan” of Southwest Oil and Gas Branch. Linye 3HF well is located in Xishui County, Zunyi City, Guizhou Province, focusing on exploring the Wufeng-Longmaxi Formation at the southern end of the forest beach structure. The gas-bearing nature of shale can confirm the resource potential of shale gas in this exploration area. Southwest Oil & Gas Branch adheres to the integrated construction of geology, geophysical prospecting, and engineering, and the drilling encounter rate of high-quality reservoirs is 100%. Aiming at the difficulties of burial depth exceeding 4000 meters, large horizontal two-way stress difference, and high fracture pressure, new fracturing technology and new online variable viscosity fracturing fluid technology are used to achieve large-scale deep shale gas reservoir reconstruction.
New breakthroughs in the structural exploration of Lintanchang in Chishui Exploration Area have demonstrated the good resource potential of shale gas in this area. At present, the Southwest Oil and Gas Branch has completed the overall deployment of the Lintanchang structural exploration, and is actively exploring favorable targets such as Osmanthus, Taihe-Wanglong, etc., through in-depth evaluation, to further expand the scale of shale gas reserves.
