This year, the Southwest Oil & Gas Branch has accelerated its production and operation rhythm and made every effort to promote the production of shale gas. As of March 18, the cumulative production of shale gas was 290 million cubic meters, a year-on-year increase of 255%.
In order to further increase the production contribution rate of new wells, they accelerated the commissioning of new wells, optimized and adjusted the fracturing operation time, increased the intensity of fluid drainage from test wells, and strengthened the management of fluid return and fluid flow. Drained 9 test wells in the Weirong Shale Gas Field, with a maximum daily discharge of 3,000 cubic meters, and achieved rapid commissioning of 9 wells in 22 days. Accurately implemented measures for increasing and stabilizing production, continued to carry out drainage and re-production of 11 water-flooded wells such as Weiye 39-8HF, increased the daily production of shale gas by 67,000 cubic meters, and implemented underpressure tubing, bubble drainage, and gas lift for 14 gas wells. The process measures 54 well times, increasing the daily output by 62,000 cubic meters.
