The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has appointed Yulia Svyrydenko as a supervisory board member of Naftogaz of Ukraine NJSC.
The decision was approved by government order No 529-? of 31 May.
Yulia Svyrydenko will perform as a government representative until new appointments by the government, but no longer than for one year.
Ms Svyrydenko is deputy head of the Ukrainian President’s Office. Before that, she worked at the Ministry of Economic Development, Trade and Agriculture of Ukraine as deputy minister and first deputy ministry. Yulia was also acting head of Chernihiv Regional State Administration.
As reported earlier, on 19 May 2021, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine reappointed Clare Spottiswoode, Bruno Lescoeur, Ludo Van der Heyden, Yuliya Kovaliv, and Nataliya Boyko as Naftogaz supervisory board members. Their powers have been extended until the government approves winners of the competition for the positions of independent supervisory board members, but no longer than for one year.
