Panoro Energy Announces Updated Share Capital

Reference is made to the announcement of 14 June 2021 relating to Awards and exercise of RSUs whereby 277,402 shares (“New Shares”) have been issued by Panoro Energy ASA (the “Company”). The New Shares have now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. Following the registration, the share capital of the Company is NOK 5,669,184.50 divided into 113,383,690 shares, each having a face value of NOK 0.05.
