CF Industries Announces Partial Redemption of Senior Notes Due 2023

CF Industries Holdings, Inc. announced that its wholly owned subsidiary CF Industries, Inc. has elected to redeem on September 10, 2021, $250,000,000 principal amount, representing one-third of the currently outstanding $750,000,000 principal amount, of its 3.450% Senior Notes due 2023 (the “Notes”), in accordance with the optional redemption provisions of the indenture governing the Notes. CF intends to use cash on hand to fund the redemption.
