Biscathorpe Planning Consent Refused

Egdon Resources has advised that its planning application for a side-track drilling operation, associated testing and long-term oil production at the Biscathorpe site (PEDL 253), onshore UK, was refused at a meeting (Nov 1) of the Lincolnshire County Council Planning Committee.

The application had been recommended for approval by Lincolnshire County Councilís planning officers.

The Company will await the formal decision notice before taking advice and considering its options including an appeal.
