The daily gas production of rodless horizontal wells of North China Oilfield Coalbed Methane Branch has doubled from the beginning of the year, marking that the rodless extraction process has moved from the experimental stage to industrialized scale. The application stage is rapidly transitioning, and the CBM L-shaped horizontal well lifting technology tends to be perfect.
In order to break the technical bottleneck of CBM production, the CBM branch focused on strengthening research on CBM geology, well drilling and completion, reservoir transformation and development methods, and intensified the research on the problems of low-yield and low-efficiency type II and III areas. It has innovated and improved the unique key theory and technology of my country's high-rank coalbed methane exploration and development. It not only filled the domestic gap, but also formed 8 international and industry standards, and won more than 20 national, provincial and ministerial awards.
Aiming at the problems of poor geological adaptability, low drainage efficiency, and short stable production time of horizontal well drainage methods, the CBM branch takes advantage of the fast methane desorption speed in the decompression zone, and innovates the "quick drop and fast increase" drainage mode in the well pattern; Give full play to the advantages of multi-stage accumulation increase in horizontal wells, match the rate of increase in production with the number of fracturing stages, and fully release the productivity of a single well; give full play to the advantages of constant pressure drainage before desorption, innovate the constant pressure drainage mode, and increase the expansion speed of the pressure drop funnel. At present, the horizontal well drainage period of the CBM branch has been shortened by 1/3, the production rate increased by 1.5 times, the unit pressure drop increase gas volume has increased by 45%, and the stable production period has increased by more than 6 months.
