SRE and SOLV, Inc., Unveil New SOLV Energy Brand

The Renewable Energy division of Swinerton Builders, commonly known in the solar industry as Swinerton Renewable Energy or SRE, and SOLV, Inc. will merge into a single company, SOLV Energy, LLC. Going forward, SOLV Energy will operate as one organization unified under the new brand unveiled by the SOLV Energy team.

SOLV Energy provides Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) and Operations and Maintenance (O&M) services for solar photovoltaic facilities in the U.S. Guided by a mission to make a positive difference on people and planet through solar energy, the employees of SRE and SOLV, Inc. will transition to SOLV Energy, and continue to deliver best-in-class services as one team going forward.

In the coming months, the consolidated company will also expand its service line to include construction management services and technology applications. As SOLV Energy, the company will continue to be an advocate for strong solar policy both nationally and on a state level and grow its community relations program to better serve communities across the country.
