Petrobras on Labor Lawsuit Filed at the Federal Supreme Court (STF)

Petrobras informs that, on 02/14/2022, a majority of votes favorable to Petrobras was formed in the judgment of that discusses the methodology for calculating the “Remuneração Mínima Por Nível e Regime” (RMNR) supplement at the First Panel of the Federal Supreme Court.

As of this date, three votes have been cast in favor of the company, one vote is remaining to conclude the judgment.

The prevailing understanding is to recognize the validity of the collective labor agreement freely entered into between Petrobras and the unions.
