Petrobras, in relation to the nomination of Mr. Luiz Rodolfo Landim, nominated by the controlling shareholder for election to the company's Board of Directors (BD) and for the presidency of the BD, informs that it has become aware of his withdrawal but has not yet received notification from the Ministry of Mines and Energy about the replacement of the candidate.
