The world's second largest Q-Flex LNG carrier "Al Sadd" completed the 205,000-cubic-meter LNG receiving and unloading task at the Qingdao LNG Terminal of Natural Gas Branch, marking the Qingdao LNG Terminal. It has set a new record for super-large LNG ship handling and unloading, and the resource transfer efficiency has reached a new high.
Since the beginning of this year, Qingdao Liquefaction Company, a natural gas branch, has further strengthened the operation and management of the terminal, and established a port operation center specially to realize the high-speed receiving and unloading of resources. This unloading is the largest LNG ship that has been unloaded in the seven years since the Qingdao LNG Terminal was put into operation. The company deployed safety and epidemic prevention work in advance, closely controlled important nodes, checked all unloading equipment and epidemic prevention measures in advance, completed the technical and personnel preparation for ship unloading and unloading to a high standard, and used the unloading arm for the first time to unload at the maximum speed, ensuring that The super-large LNG ship completed the unloading within 24 hours, which improved economic benefits and built a good foundation for cooperation with the resource side.
At present, the Qingdao LNG receiving station is accelerating the construction of the world's largest and the first domestic LNG storage tank of 270,000 cubic meters and a double-berth LNG terminal.
