Aker BP Given Consent for Exploration Drilling in Block 6507/2

Petroleum Safety Authority Norway has given Aker BP consent for exploration drilling in production licence PL 261 in the Norwegian Sea.

Exploration well 6507/2-6 will be drilled by the Deepsea Nordkapp at location 65 47' 48.702" North 07 34' 18.806" East to test a prospect named Storjo East.

The duration of the well is expected to be a minimum of 47 days. Water depth is 336 metres
