A meeting between representatives of the Ministry of Oil's Training and Development Directorate and the Chinese company Zenhua was held at the Ministry of Oil's headquarters with the goal of developing technical and engineering staff working in ministry oil affiliates in collaboration with international companies. The meeting included discussing the prospects of cooperation with the company, which provided scholarships, fellowships, and training opportunities to develop technical, administrative, and engineering personnel in the oil formations, according to Bassim Mohamed Khudeir, Director General of the Training and Development Directorate.
Khudeir indicated that the ministry will complete the administrative and technical procedures for the purpose of announcing the proposed program by Zenhua, adding that the Chinese company will bear the costs as a fully subsidized scholarships in order to enhance and activate bilateral cooperation and scientific partnership with Iraq.
The meeting was attended by a number of specialists in the study programs from the Ministry of Oil and the China Corporation.
