Petróleos Mexicanos (PEMEX) and the Union of Petroleum Workers of the Mexican Republic (STPRM) concluded the 2022-2023 salary review with a salary increase of 4.00% and an increase in benefits of 2.25%, with which workers are guaranteed and workers respect and compliance with their rights and benefits established by law.
In accordance with the policy of the Government of Mexico in favor of labor justice for Mexicans and based on the established regulations, with this agreement —which was deposited in the Federal Conciliation and Arbitration Board—, PEMEX and the union benefit the greatest asset of the institution, its workers and workers.
At the end of the negotiations, both parties agreed on their will to build a fair agreement for the benefit of the oil community and guarantee their labor welfare.
As a result of this fruitful dialogue, PEMEX and the STPRM continue with the foundation of a constructive relationship, based on respect, efficiency and financial discipline; with the purpose of strengthening the institution as a lever of national development to consolidate the energy sovereignty of our country.
