The Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Oil stressed the high level of responsibility that put into the ministry, because it constitutes the main provider and supporter for the national economy and sustainable development, that requiring employees to make more exceptional efforts to implement development programs, plans and projects that achieve the goals affirmed by the government program, this came during H.E inspection of a number of departments of the ministry headquarter and meeting with a number of officials and employees.
The Minister of Oil, Hayyan Abdul Ghanni, said that the Ministry is keen to develop workers in the oil sector, to improve their efficiency and performance through their participation in training courses at accredited training centres, in order to keep pace with technical and digital development and to provide opportunities to familiarize themselves with the latest systems and training programmes. H.E affirmed the importance of commitment, and stressing the importance of working according to quality standards to improve functionality and the completion of the tasks assigned to them in their specific times, to develop the work and increase productivity, as office work is complementary to on-site work, and both are in the interest of developing the oil industry and supporting the national economy.
During H.E inspection tour, the Minister was accompanied by the Ministry Undersecretary for Upstream Affairs, Karim Hattab, and the Manager of Media Office.
