- These projects are in addition to the 278MW already in Bruc's hands, which have been handed over in recent months. With the delivery of these plants, Opdenergy has delivered a total of 662MW to Bruc
- The transfer of these new projects is part of the agreement signed in 2021 whereby Bruc Energy undertook to acquire projects totalling 1,101 MW
- The development of the remaining 439MW (of which 107MW have an EIS or draft) is progressing on schedule and will be transferred to Bruc according to the agreed timetable
Opdenergy transfers to Bruc six new solar photovoltaic power generation plants totalling 384MW. These assets are part of the 1,101 MW portfolio agreed between the two companies last year.
Bruc has acquired solar photovoltaic power plants located in the provinces of Cádiz, Zaragoza, Teruel and Palencia, with a capacity of 116, 60, 114 and 94 megawatts (MW), respectively. These 384 MW are in addition to the 278 MW already acquired in previous transactions, corresponding to plants in the provinces of Seville, Soria and Zaragoza. With this delivery, Opdenergy has transferred a total of 662MW to Bruc.
All these operations are part of the agreement reached between Bruc and Opdenergy in August 2021 for the sale and purchase of 20 solar photovoltaic power generation plants totalling 1,101 MW.
The development of the remaining 439MW (of which 107MW have an EIS or draft) that remains to be handed over to Bruc is progressing on schedule and will be transferred according to the agreed timetable.
