The second 114,000 dwt product oil tanker H1513 bow and half ship built by the company for the Greek shipowner ENESEL SA was successfully floated and undocked by the branch. On the same day, the wind power installation ship project contracted by the branch A floating production node is also realized. This is the first time since the establishment of the branch that the whole process of "autonomous" double-ship floating has been realized. Nie Xiang, director of the company and general manager of the branch, Chen Yehua, director of the company and deputy general manager of the branch, heads of Waigaoqiao Shipbuilding Headquarters, relevant departments of the branch, and project contractors participated in related activities such as commanding the undocking project.

In order to ensure safe undocking, in accordance with the relevant system requirements of the group and the company, the branch company established a temporary headquarters, formulated a detailed undocking operation instruction manual, carried out "sand table drills" in advance for the whole process of JSA analysis and emergency drills, and formulated a risk The response measures also focused on three rounds of safety inspections and floating state calculations on the product status and safety conditions of the two ships. The flotation did not rely on external resources, which not only effectively controlled the economic cost, but also trained the team for the continuous undocking of the subsequent branch container ships.

It is reported that the project team of the 1,600-ton wind power installation ship overcame many difficulties in the production preparation of the first ship. The branch company provided high-quality services by assisting Party A to break through many bottlenecks such as segmental painting, scaffolding, and welding, and finally guaranteed The two boats floated on the same day.

The H1513 bow half-ship is the first half-ship built by Waigaoqiao Shipbuilding in another place. With the strong support of the company's leaders at all levels and the joint efforts of the shipowner's ship inspection, all departments of the company united and worked hard to overcome the unfavorable factors such as the running-in of the new team, limited equipment and facilities, epidemic situation and cold wave weather, and ensured the safety of the bow half ship. The good undocking status and integrity of the ship laid a solid foundation for the closing of the entire ship at the end of the month and the continuous construction of the branch's 7000TEU container ship.
