Berkeley Energia Limited ("Berkeley" or the "Company") advises that 2,900,000 unlisted options exercisable at A$0.35 each expired on 31 December 2022.
Following the expiry of unlisted options, Berekley has the following securities on issue:
• 445,796,715 ordinary fully paid ordinary shares;
• 15,132,937 unlisted options exercisable at £0.75 each on or before 30 May 2023;
• 25,221,562 unlisted options exercisable at £1.00 each on or before 30 November 2023;
• 3,700,000 unlisted options exercisable at A$0.40 each on or before 31 December 2023; and
• 2,000,000 unlisted options exercisable at A$0.40 each on or before 31 December 2025.
