Lime Petroleum Successfully Raised NOK 250M through the Tap Mechanism

Lime Petroleum AS (“Lime”) is pleased to announce that it has successfully raised NOK 250 million (approximately US$ 25.3 million) through the tap mechanism in its existing Senior Secured Bond with ISIN NO0012559246. After the tap issue is carried out, the total outstanding amount is NOK 1,200 million (approximately US$121.4 million). The settlement will take place on 18th January 2022. The Bonds will be issued at 99,25 per cent of the nominal amount.
