These documents have been produced by the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS), Citizens Advice, Energy UK and Ofgem, the energy regulator.

As energy prices continue to rise, many people will need extra support this winter. These documents are intended for front-line advisers to help them to answer questions, give the right advice and signpost people to where they can get help.

The questions and topics in these guides are based on input from charities and consumer bodies on the most common questions they are asked. They are not an exhaustive list and contain links and information where further information can be found.
