Green Electricity Tariff (GET) Quota for 2023 Available for Subscription from 16 February 2023

We are glad to inform that the GET quota for 2023 will be made available for subscription online via myTNB Portal on 16 February 2023, from 12pm onwards.
To encourage all customers to obtain green electricity, the GET quota is available for subscription to new and existing subscribers up to thirty percentage (30%) of their average monthly electricity consumption. The subscription period is for a minimum of 12 months and is automatically renewed annually unless subscribers request to terminate or modify their subscription amount before the end of the contract period.
The Malaysian Government has decided to maintain GET premium rate at 3.7sen/kWh and extend the Imbalance Cost Pass-Through (ICPT) waiver for electricity consumed under GET subscription for a 6-month period (January-June 2023). GET terms & conditions are subjected to revision by the Government from time to time. For new and existing GET subscribers, the ICPT waiver for the month of January 2023 will be reflected in your February 2023 bill.
