The platform is constructed and operated by the Communication Company of the Pipeline Bureau. Since it was officially launched on December 30 last year, the platform has provided new security management and control for 46 units of the group company in terms of business needs such as precise personnel management and control, large-scale equipment management and control, data transmission in non-network areas, rapid emergency response, and command decision-making. Means and solutions, the effect of empowering production is remarkable.
As an independent and controllable national-level platform, the platform has unified and standardized mass terminal access, location data services covering the entire business chain, enterprise-specific high-precision positioning services, and industry-specific Beidou short message operation services. Great core capabilities, developed ten characteristic applications such as intelligent inspection and control, offshore platform safety monitoring, geological disaster online monitoring, personnel management and emergency communication, and formed a Beidou business model of "1 platform + N applications".
Previously, as the PetroChina Beidou operation and service center, the Pipeline Bureau Communication Company built the China Petroleum Beidou high-precision network covering the whole country and the only Beidou No. 3 short message operation platform in the oil and gas industry based on this platform. It is widely used in hundreds of oil depots, gas stations, pipeline bureaus and sales fields.
