After receiving a large amount of interest, National H2 will be taking bid applications to ensure investors do not miss out on this rare opportunity that gives seed-level access to a Company with plans to build over 240 hydrogen plants across the APAC region.
National H2 will be raising funds to carry out the first stage of constructing its first non-recyclable waste plastic-to-hydrogen plant in Western Australia.
As it stands, the site has been secured, a feasibility study has been completed, and the local council has given their full support for the project.
With its modelling showing each plant will deliver an annual EBITDA of $5.7m, National H2’s seed-level raise will be valued conservatively, with the financial forecast showing significant valuation growth over the next 12 months.
The Company will finance its APAC expansion via a planned listing on a favourable exchange in late 2023 or early 2024.

• A large Japanese Trading Company will purchase/distribute the hydrogen, and an Independent WA electricity retailer will buy the electricity.
• This will be the first plant of many across the APAC region, as National H2 has exclusive rights for the plastic-to-hydrogen technology in Australia, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, Singapore and Malaysia.
• With 3.5 million tonnes of waste plastic available in Australia, there is enough to supply feedstock for 200 plants across the country, which places National H2 in a strong position for rapid, sustainable growth.
