At the meeting, the Board of Directors of PAO NOVATEK recommended the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders to approve the payment of dividends based on the results of 2022. Total dividend payments for 2022 will amount to RUB 105.58 per ordinary share, including interim dividends paid for the first half of 2022 in the amount of RUB 45.00 per ordinary share.
The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders will be held on April 21, 2023. The list of persons entitled to participate in the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders will be compiled as of March 28, 2023. The list of persons entitled to receive dividends is recommended to be drawn up by May 3, 2023.
