Yangzi Petrochemical Co., Ltd., Dalian Research Institute, Qingdao Engineering Research Institute, Sinopec Yingke, Zhejiang Zhongkong, etc., developed this project on the spot in the storage and transportation tank area of ??the aromatics plant, and integrated modern information processing, communication, intelligent detection and control technologies to realize corrosion protection in the tank area. , deformation, odor online monitoring, intelligent inspection, emergency cut-off and other functions. At the same time, an intelligent tank farm workstation is established to realize the integrated display of monitoring and inspection data and one-click delivery of inspection tasks. It can view the monitoring and inspection data and on-site videos of the tank farm in real time, effectively ensuring the stable operation of the storage tank.
At present, Yangzi Petrochemical is conducting a pilot project in a tank farm unit, and the next step will be continuous optimization and gradual promotion according to the actual situation.
