Monique has held various director positions at Oschatz Energy and Environment in Germany and China, including Director Projects, Managing Director Execution and most recently Managing director.
Monique has managerial experience in research and development, supply chain management and engineering. “I am a professional with a mission. I have a helicopter view and I proved to be able get things done together with my team. In addition, I am a manager with a "hands on" attitude, meanwhile managing expectations without losing contact with reality. I have a creative, flexible and open mind and able to combine commercial and personal drive, without losing integrity. I am able to initiate and accomplish new developments and changes.”
